I decided reselling hosting is not my core business and would take me away from what I do best which is web design and development.

There are some really good web hosting companies out there and my current favourite is VentraIP. Their customer service is the best of all hosting companies I have come across and they have developed a control panel that leaves the others behind.

Given that VentraIP offer new clients a generous 50% discount on their first invoice, I think I best serve my own clients by pointing them towards this deal so they benefit from this saving. I can still be added as a contact in the control panel and log calls on clients behalf when they need me to and this arrangement works well.
